Pizzeria San Remo in Heilbronn

For me it is one of the best pizza in Heilbronn and the surrounding area. I've been a customer for a little more than 20 years and still enjoy eating here. The staff is friendly and very attentive. To many more years !!

It's always nice and we had a great evening here, the chairs are extremely comfortable and I think the distance between the tables is very reasonable. There you in no way get the feeling of dining like fish in a can in the evening. Many things are tasty here. The quantities are in a good and filling size. Here you get both: friendly and brisk service.

For years I have been a guest there and regularly went there and several families partying there, until then everything was good. Except for the last time, I ordered a dish, medium rump steak, the meat came through and the meat was very dry, we asked to make a new one when the meal didn't come after almost three quarters of an hour and the rest of the family was already ready with food, we canceled the meal, the answer from the waiter was, then that's the way it is. From that moment on, the waiter was offended and rude. It's a shame after so many years that we have known each other.

We have targeted this pizzeria on the basis of the above-average reviews on the internet. I'm not so sure if the guests have lost their taste receptors to fast food chain chains or have been misconfigured, or had a moody consternation of indecency, made us feel quite different! We learned that this is one of the oldest shops in Heilbronn and known for its traditional values. The biggest disappointment was the handing over of our order, namely 2 x Misto Griglia di Pesce 1 x Calamari alla Griglia and 1 x Rumpsteak alla Gorgonzola. Let alone a loveless appearance, we would be delighted with frozen fish and squid ... leave the sauces with doubtful preparation processes! As a fine-tasting, have received a disappointingly imaginary answer to my request about this procedure ... sure it often happens on the so-called restaurant ... should and may not happen in these price ranges. Furthermore, I tried to communicate in Italian, but I'm absolutely sure that the only Italian was only the name of the store and not the staff ... The waiters had a funny laugh or grin on the face sneered and would have been more on the service and the need of the guest focused and not on the female escort, would have earned a better saving picture of this store! On the whole, below average and expensive for these quality appearances!
